You can disconnect from Stripe only if the following conditions are met:
- You have no active DJProject. Visit DJProject >> My DJBids to verified.
- You have no active DJService. Visit DJService >> DJService Sold.
- You have no pending account issues. Otherwise, contact DonnaJobs Support team.
- You have no outstanding fees owed.
- You have zero balance in your DJPot.
- You have no Pending Payment.
In your dashboard go into your DJProfile Area by clicking on "Your Name" on the left corner of your Dashboard menu. Click the "Remove Connect with Stripe" button.
