Open a New Ticket and tell to the DonnaJobs SupportTeam how we can help you regarding your account, DJProject, DJService, transaction amounts and currencies, etc.
However, if your decision to deactivate your account is resolute:
- Login into your account.
- In your dashboard go into your DJProfile by clicking on "Your Name" on the left corner of Dashboard menu.
- Click "Deactivate Your Account" button.
You can only deactivate your account if the following conditions are met:
- You have no outstanding DJProject. Visit DJProject >> My DJProjects to close or cancel them.
- You have no pending account issues. Otherwise, contact DonnaJobs Support Team.
- You have no outstanding fees owed.
- You have zero balance in your DJPot.
- You have no Pending Payment.
Once you have deactivated your account you cannot longer log-in. Contact DonnaJobs Support Team to re-activate it.
