To become a DJTrusted Member you must connect your DonnaJobs’ account with Stripe, our payment manager and you can do it directly by clicking on the button that you find in your DJProfile once you have completed it (see How to complete/modify/update the DJProfile of the DJFree).
PLEASE NOTE: it is not necessary to already have a Stripe Account, the account on Stripe is created when the user clicks on the appropriate button as explained below.
- From your control panel (dashboard) click on DJProfile >> Edit Profile and verify that your details are correct and up to date.
- Confirm your Name and Lastname, Date of Birth, and all other data present.
- Save the Form.
- In your control panel (dashboard) click on "Your Name" at the top left or on DJProfile >> My Profile and access your DJProfile, now you can connect with Stripe by clicking on the button
- By connecting your DonnaJobs’ Account with Stripe you agree to the DonnaJobs Terms & Conditions and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Stripe will ask you:
- Your personal data.
- Your mobile number
- Your residential address.
- Proof of identity by providing a valid document with photos.
- Possibly proof of residence.
- Some data concerning your professional activity.
After you have sent all the necessary documents, the DonnaJobs DJ Trusted Member Team will examine your request. This step can take up to 2-3 working days.
As soon as your identity is verified you will become a DJTrusted Member and this image will appear next to your photo in your DJProfile and in other areas of the DonnaJobs platform to indicate to visitors that you are a verified member.

Document Specifications
- The document must be valid (not expired).
- The document must include your photo, your signature, your name and surname, your date of birth.
- There must be no further writing besides your signature.
- It must be in Italian.
- The name on the ID must be the same as the name of your DonnaJobs Account.
Image specifications
- Scanned image of the document in jpeg, jpg or png format (NO PDF).
- The image must be at least 500 x 300 pixels.
- The image must not exceed the size of 5Mb.
- Do not resize the image or adjust the color gradation or other.
You can directly take the photo of your document being verified through the camera of your computer or mobile phone or you can upload an image with the following specifications.
