To deactivate your account:
- Log in to your control panel (dashboard).
- Go to your profile by clicking on "Your Name and Surname" located on the left side of your control panel or by clicking on DJProfile >> My Profile.
- Click on the "Suspend Your Account" button.
You can deactivate your account only if all the following conditions are met:
- You don't have any DJProject open. Visit DJProject >> My DJBids to close them.
- You don't have any DJService open. Visit DJService >> Sold Services to close them.
- You have no problems with the pending account. If not, please contact DonnaJobs support team.
- You do not owe any commission to DonnaJobs.
- The balance of your DJPot is zero.
- You have no outstanding payments.
Once you have deactivated your account you can no longer log-in. Contact DonnaJobs Support Team to re-activate it.
If you want to register a new account, you have to choose a different email address
To permanently DELETE your account you have to contact DonnaJobs Support Team
