How to update DJService DJProgress

Support Team

DJProgress

The DJProgress is the private area where all communications and information exchange between DJBuyer and DJFree in relation to a specific DJService take place. It is the place where DJFree publishes the progress made in relation to the DJService they are working on.

Within the DonnaJobs platform, there are all the tools to easily communicate and exchange information regarding the work you are on and the related progress you have made.

If the parties use communication channels external to the platform, DonnaJobs assumes no responsibility in the event of a dispute and will not be able to fully perform the function of the guarantor. We therefore strongly recommend using the tools located within the platform, for greater transparency and guarantee. DonnaJobs strongly recommends keeping track of conversations and agreements made outside the platform on the platform, in order to protect any kind of dispute.

To view and update the DJProgress and communicate with the DJBuyer, access your control panel (dashboard) and click on DJService >> DJService Sold, next to each DJService you will find the "View Progress" button.

  • to let the DJBuyer know that you are starting to work on the DJService, first of all, check if the buyer has deposited the amount by clicking on Finance >> Payment Management >> Incoming Escrow Payments.
  • If so, go back to the DJService's DJProgress and click on “Have you started working? : Yes".
  • If not, use the DJProgress message to ask the DJBuyer for the guarantee deposit of the agreed amount.
  • Update the job status daily by moving the slide bar for the percentage of the job done.
  • To communicate with the DJBuyer from the DJProgress of the DJService click on "Messages".
