Criteria for recognition of DonnaJobs Gold Affiliate Program Commissions

Through the DonnaJobs DJAmbassador Program  (affiliate program) you can send traffic to DonnaJobs.com, and we will reward you for each Valid Purchase, Valid Sale placed by a customer or for any Valid Selling User registered with your referral link.

A Valid Purchase is:

  • The purchase by a DJBuyer, affiliated with you, of a Service (DJService) provided by any DJFree professional (not necessarily affiliated with you).
  • The purchase by a DJBuyer, affiliated with you, of a quote (DJBid) sent to them by any DJFree (not necessarily affiliated with you) in relation to one of his DJProjects.
  • The purchase by a DJFree, affiliated with you, of a Solution (DJSolution) provided by our DJAdvisor / DJMentor consultants (not necessarily affiliated with you).
  • The purchase by a DJStudent, affiliated with you, of a course (DJCourse) provided by our DJTeacher teachers (not necessarily affiliated with you).
  • The purchase of any Premium subscription (DJProfile) by any user affiliated with you.

A Valid Sale is:

  • The sale by a DJFree, affiliated to you, of a Service (DJService) to any DJBuyer (not necessarily affiliated with you).
  • The sale by a DJFree, affiliated with you, of a quote (DJBid) sent to any DJBuyer (not necessarily affiliated with you) in relation to one of its DJProjects.
  • The sale by a DJMentor or a DJAdvisor, affiliated to you, of a Solution (DJSolution) to any DJFree (not necessarily affiliated with you).
  • The sale by a DJTeacher, affiliated with you, of a course (DJCourse) to any DJStudent (not necessarily affiliated with you).

Valid Selling Users is:

  • A user registered on DonnaJobs as DJFree selling her services (DJService or DJBid) and who buys a Premium subscription.
  • A user registered on DonnaJobs as DJTeacher selling its courses (DJCourse) and who buys a Premium subscription.

When you initially refer a customer and they place a project or buy a service/solution, we will track that transaction in your affiliate dashboard with a status of "Pending".

The transaction will then be marked as approved once the DJFree/DJAdvisor and or the DJTeacher will accept the payment by the Buyer.

The value of the commissions is documented in the “Affiliate Commission section.”

Visitors are free to browse for an unlimited period; the affiliate will be awarded a commission only for all purchases made in the consultation session.

The consultation session ends when 30 days have passed since the last connection through the affiliate link.

Commissions are not recognized for:

  • orders placed or user registration as a result of independent access from the links of the Affiliate site even if executed by customers previously coming from the latter after 30 days have passed since the last visit from the affiliate's link.

DonnaJobs LTD will recognize a commission for each valid item sold, each valid item bought or each valid user registration in the manner described above as documented in the affiliate commission section.

Commissions are calculated in the following ways:

  • on the total price of the DJService, DJBid, DJSolution, DJCourse inclusive, if any, of VAT or other Tax, purchased by a DJBuyer affiliated with the DJAmbassador. DJService, DJBid, DJSolution, DJCourse in promotion are not included in the calculations;
  • on the total price of the DJService, DJBid, DJSolution, DJCourse inclusive, if any, of VAT or other Tax, sold by the DJFree, by the DJAdvisor or by the DJTeacher affiliated to the DJAmbassador. DJService, DJBid, DJSolution, DJCourse in promotion are not included in the calculations;
  • the purchase of any Premium subscription by any user;

The commissions will be recognized for orders placed during the validity period of this agreement and for which DonnaJobs LTD has received full payment from customers.

Commissions

DJAmbassador will receive a commission of 2.5% for each Valid Purchase and/or Valid Sale as described above.

DJAmbassador will receive a 2.5% commission on each Premium subscription purchased by each valid user as described above.
